Eddie is a Vice Chairman of Tiro Singapore. He is an experienced global financial and insurance experience with a particular focus on digital innovation. Eddie has lived and worked across the US, UK, Japan, Hong Kong, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Pakistan and Indonesia.

Eddie is the Founder and Managing Partner of ITI Ventures, a strategic management advisory company focusing on disruptive shifts across Fintech, Insurtech, Biotech, Cleantech and Digital Media. Immediately prior to founding ITI, Eddie served as Chairman and CEO of MassMutual International where he managed insurance, asset management, venture investing and insurance technology businesses. Prior to MassMutual, Eddie spent 17 years at Morgan Stanley including as Chief Operating Officer for Asia. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Eddie served as Citigroup’s Head of Technology and Operations for all employees and as Chief HR Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Eddie serves and has served on Boards including Nippon Life Insurance Company Asia (Japan), NPX Capital (Korea), Essenlix Corporation (USA), Chinese University Hong Kong EMBA School (Hong Kong), Yunfeng Financial (Hong Kong), Temasek Management Services (Singapore), Human Capital Leadership Institute (Singapore),Bank Handlowy (Poland), and Citibank (Turkey).

He holds an M.B.A., BSc in Computer Science and BA in International Relations from Tulane University.

Eddie is passionate about golf, squash, travel and cooking.
