Profile

Amanda is a Senior Advisor to Tiro based in Singapore. She is a seasoned private wealth management professional with board-level and senior executive experience in Asia. She is a qualified senior accredited director from Singapore Institute of Directors, with certificates in Corporate Governance from INSEAD and International Arbitration from National University of Singapore. 

Amanda is the Founder and CEO of Springarch Investments Pte Ltd.  She most recently served the Independent director of China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) and senior executive director of UOB Kay Hian. Prior to founding Springarch, she was the deputy head of Asia (exp Japan) of Nomura Securities Singapore. Before Nomura, she was a managing director in Morgan Stanley in Singapore and Hong Kong, served as head of strategic clients group and head of private wealth management.  

Amanda was the member of the Board of Governors and the member of the Board of Advisors (Entrepreneurship Committee) of Singapore Polytechnic for more than a decade. 

She holds a MBA from Melbourne Business School and graduated from National University of Singapore in Finance. She also holds various licenses and certifications including  Senior Accredited Director from Singapore Institute of Directors, Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD, Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration from National University of Singapore, and certificate in AI for business strategy implications from MIT Sloan School of Management.  

She is passionate about tennis and swimming, discovering new cultures through travel, enjoying the discipline of Chinese calligraphy, and musical recitals.
