Profile

Caroline has vast international experience, having lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia over the last 20 years.

She has extensive expertise in M&A and Capital Markets, as well in Corporate Development. Caroline has notably advised corporates in complex cross border transactions, as well as Private Equity owners and entrepreneurs in portfolio company divestments and on “buy and build” transactions. She has wide sector experience including financial services, healthcare, oil & gas, engineering, luxury goods and manufacturing.

Caroline is also herself an entrepreneur, providing her with additional business and strategic acumen and an ability to serve her clients with a solution-oriented mindset.

Prior to joining Tiro, Caroline founded House of Cadres, France’s first webmedia, jobboard and HR consultancy firm fully dedicated to flexible work patterns. She developed the business model and corporate strategy and led the development of the digital platform, which she continued to develop while living in Uganda. Prior to her time in Africa, Caroline spent more than four years as Senior M&A Advisor with Qatar Petroleum, the nation’s national oil company. During that time, she was integral in the IPO of MPHC, a QP subsidiary, on the Qatari stock market. Prior to her time in the Middle East, Caroline spent the first fifteen years of her career in investment banking in the Paris office of Rothschild, where she led numerous M&A, fundraising and equity transactions, primarily in the mid-market segment.

She is a graduate of European Business School in Paris (1995).

Caroline is passionate about travel, art history, antiques, skiing and literature.
